3. Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers needed to operate this site and our services, such as our CRM/email platform, our SMS provider, and our calendar scheduling tool. If you check the SMS opt-in box on our quiz form, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from MindStar Growth at the number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out immediately, and we will honor it.

5. Email

Marketing emails include an unsubscribe link that works for at least 30 days after sending. Opt-out requests are honored within 10 business days. We never sell or transfer email addresses of people who have opted out.

6. Data retention

We keep lead and contact data for up to 24 months from your last interaction, then delete it. You may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact above.

7. Your rights and deletion requests

We set no third-party analytics or advertising cookies on this site. The only data recorded is what you submit through our forms and standard hosting-provider server logs. If we add analytics or advertising tools in the future, this policy will be updated first.
